🎁 Referral Rewards Structure

Earn digital EverythingCard gift cards (CAD) when your referrals successfully complete onboarding on the TENSANO platform — including profile verification and publishing their first live listing servicing the Greater Toronto Area (GTA):

1 qualified referral: $15 CAD gift card (Total earned: $15 CAD)
2 qualified referrals: $20 CAD gift card (Total earned: $35 CAD)
3 qualified referrals: $25 CAD gift card (Total earned: $60 CAD)
4 qualified referrals: $40 CAD gift card ✨ (Total earned: $100 CAD – maximum reward)

🎉 You can earn up to $100 CAD in total referral rewards. Each successful referral must independently meet all eligibility requirements as outlined below.

All rewards are delivered as digital EverythingCard gift cards, redeemable through a curated network of premium retailers and services.

💡 Note: EverythingCards are issued by a trusted third-party provider. While TENSANO is not responsible for technical issues or redemption errors, we’re happy to assist you in resolving any problems and will advocate on your behalf if needed.

✅ What Counts as a Qualified Referral?

A referral is considered qualified and eligible for a reward when all of the following are true:

The vendor is completely new to TENSANO (not already registered, pending, or partially onboarded)
They successfully complete TENSANO’s profile verification process
They publish at least one live service listing on the TENSANO platform
They offer services within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

To receive credit, the referring vendor must do one of the following:

- Your referral’s full name and business
- Your name or business name as the referrer
OR ask the vendor you are referring to message @tensano_official directly and mention your name or business name as the referrer.

💡 All referrals are subject to manual review, verification, and approval by the TENSANO team. Submission does not guarantee eligibility.

They must clearly state you referred them for credit to be issued.
After the referred vendor completes profile verification and publishes a live service listing on TENSANO, your reward will be sent via email.

🔒 Program Guidelines & Terms

Rewards are issued only after the referred vendor completes onboarding and has at least one active live listing on the TENSANO platform servicing the GTA.
A maximum of four qualified referrals can be rewarded per vendor over their lifetime participation, with a total cap of $100 CAD in gift card rewards.
Referred vendors must be new to TENSANO and not previously registered, invited, or submitted by another party.
The referral form must be submitted by the referring vendor.
Alternatively, the referred vendor may message TENSANO directly on Instagram, but must mention the referrer by name.
Rewards are not guaranteed and are subject to verification and approval by TENSANO.
All rewards are issued digitally through EverythingCard. See how to redeem.
TENSANO is not the issuer of EverythingCards and is not liable for third-party technical issues, but we will assist in resolving them.
TENSANO reserves the right to deny or revoke rewards in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the program.
This program may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice.
TENSANO reserves full discretion in interpreting referral validity and eligibility.

TENSANO Vendor Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the TENSANO Vendor Referral Program (“Program”) offered by TENSANO (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility and Referral Criteria

The Program is open to active, verified vendors on the TENSANO platform based in Ontario, Canada.
Referrals must be completely new to TENSANO (not pending, partially registered, or previously invited).
Referring vendors must submit referrals through one of the following methods:
- Submit via form: https://tally.so/r/w70JZz
- Message @tensano_official on Instagram with your referral’s info and your name
- Have the referred vendor message TENSANO directly on Instagram, stating who referred them
Referred vendors must:
- Successfully complete profile verification
- Publish at least one live service listing on the TENSANO platform servicing the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

2. Referral Rewards

Rewards are issued as digital EverythingCard gift cards (CAD).
A maximum of 4 qualified referrals per vendor is allowed over the lifetime of the Program.
The total lifetime reward limit per vendor is $100 CAD.
Rewards are issued only after referred vendors complete all criteria and pass TENSANO’s internal approval process.

Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
EverythingCards are issued by a third-party provider. TENSANO will assist vendors in resolving any technical or redemption issues if needed.

3. Privacy

All personal data will be handled according to TENSANO’s Privacy Policy.
Information collected will be used exclusively for administering this program and contacting relevant participants.
TENSANO uses Tally.so, a third-party form platform, to collect referral submissions.
By submitting the referral form, participants acknowledge that their data (including names, business information, and contact details) will be stored and processed by Tally.so according to its own Privacy Policy.
TENSANO does not control how Tally.so stores or secures data, and is not liable for any data loss, breach, or misuse on their platform.
If you have concerns about data collected via Tally.so, please review their policy or contact them directly.

4. Conduct and Fraud Prevention

Referrers must act in good faith and submit accurate, honest information.
Fraudulent, abusive, or misleading referrals will be disqualified and may result in account suspension or legal action.
TENSANO reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of both the referring and referred vendors at any time.

5. Program Changes and Termination

TENSANO may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice.
Valid rewards earned prior to any modification or termination will be honored, subject to these Terms.
Upon termination, no further referrals or rewards will be accepted or issued.
TENSANO reserves the right to disqualify any participant or referral in its sole discretion.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or related to the Program shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations within 30 days.
If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, under the ADR Institute of Canada rules.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TENSANO and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your participation in the Program or any referral submitted.

8. Force Majeure

TENSANO shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, government actions, natural disasters, or pandemics.

9. Qualified Referral Definition

A “qualified referral” means a referred vendor who meets all eligibility requirements and completes verification and listing criteria specified in Section 1.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TENSANO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program or the use or redemption of any rewards.
TENSANO does not guarantee the availability, suitability, or quality of services provided by redemption partners or referred vendors. However, we’re committed to supporting participants in resolving any issues in good faith where reasonably possible.
TENSANO’s maximum aggregate liability under or in connection with the Program shall not exceed the total value of referral rewards actually earned by the participant.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Relationship Disclaimer

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between participants and TENSANO.
