Start by selecting your service type — Photographer or Photo Booth — and enter your event date twice (or select a two-date-range if you're flexible). Hit search, and instantly browse our curated network of vetted professionals.

Each vendor profile features verified portfolios, transparent pricing, and real-time availability, so you can explore with confidence.

2. Select Your Vendor

Choose what works for your event

Once you've found a vendor you like, click into their listing to review their offerings:

Package-based vendors: Select from pre-designed packages (e.g., 2-hour photo booth rental, 4-hour event coverage) & choose your preferred time and date directly.
Hourly vendors: Choose your preferred time and date directly.

After selecting the date and time, click "Request Reservation." to move forward.

3. Reserve & Connect

Secure your date with ease

To reserve your spot, you'll be prompted to pre-authorize your card for the booking amount. Here's the important part: your card is NOT charged yet.

Pre-authorization holds your date while you and the vendor align on all the details. Once you submit your request:

A dedicated chat opens automatically in your Inbox.
You'll discuss project specifics, creative direction, timing, and logistics.
The vendor will share their contract outlining the scope of work.
You can ask questions, clarify details, and ensure everything is exactly what you need.

Your card is only charged once:

You and the vendor have aligned on all details in the chat.
The vendor has all the information they need.
The vendor confirms and accepts your booking.

This ensures you're completely comfortable before any payment is processed.

4. Event Day!

Show up, enjoy, and celebrate

With all details confirmed and your booking secured, you're ready for your event. Your vendor will arrive prepared with everything discussed in your chat.
