In return for prioritizing TENSANO for your bookings, you'll receive exclusive perks designed to increase your visibility, strengthen your relationship with our team, and give you a closer role in shaping the platform as we grow.

Your applicable incentive amount and any associated limits may vary by creator and will be communicated directly by TENSANO.

Get early input into how TENSANO develops as we grow.

Priority Creators may have opportunities to provide feedback, suggest features, share creator needs, and help influence decisions about the future of the platform.

Priority Support

Receive priority, around-the-clock support from the TENSANO team.

Whether you have questions about a booking, your profile, a client, or the platform, Priority Creators receive elevated support throughout their participation.

Your Three-Month Commitment

The Priority Creator Program is based on a simple exchange:

You make TENSANO your primary booking platform for the next three months.

In return, TENSANO provides additional visibility, booking incentives, platform access, and support designed to help you get more value from your relationship with us.

During the three-month program period, Priority Creators are expected to prioritize TENSANO when accepting and managing applicable bookings that can reasonably be fulfilled through the platform.

Are active or approved on the TENSANO platform
Provide eligible services through TENSANO
Are committed to using TENSANO as their primary booking platform during the program period
Maintain an active and professional TENSANO profile
Deliver a high standard of service to TENSANO clients
Are interested in building a longer-term relationship with TENSANO

Participation is selective and may be offered directly by the TENSANO team.

Program Guidelines & Terms

The Priority Creator Program is available only to creators selected or approved by TENSANO.
Participation is based on a three-month commitment unless otherwise agreed to in writing by TENSANO.
Participating creators agree to make TENSANO their primary booking platform during the applicable program period.
"Primary booking platform" means that creators agree to prioritize TENSANO for applicable bookings and opportunities that can reasonably be fulfilled through the platform.
Featured placement is subject to TENSANO's editorial, content, scheduling, and promotional discretion.
Featured placement does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, views, leads, bookings, or other results.
Booking incentives apply only to eligible completed bookings generated through TENSANO and may be subject to creator-specific terms, limits, eligibility requirements, or monthly caps communicated directly to the creator.
The specific booking incentive applicable to a creator may vary and will be communicated by TENSANO directly. TENSANO is not required to offer identical incentive amounts or structures to every participant.
A booking must be completed and otherwise qualify under TENSANO's applicable booking requirements before any associated incentive is considered earned.
Cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or bookings that otherwise fail to meet applicable requirements may not qualify for an incentive.
Early platform input is a feedback opportunity and does not guarantee that any suggestion, feature request, or recommendation will be implemented.
Priority support is intended to provide elevated access to the TENSANO team but does not guarantee a specific response time or resolution time for every issue.
Creators are expected to maintain accurate profile information, availability, pricing, and service details throughout the program.
Creators must continue to meet TENSANO's applicable platform standards, policies, and Terms of Use.
TENSANO reserves the right to review continued participation in the program based on creator performance, client experience, platform activity, conduct, or other relevant considerations.
TENSANO may modify, pause, or discontinue the Priority Creator Program at its discretion.
TENSANO reserves the right to remove a creator from the program in cases of fraud, abuse, misleading activity, failure to uphold platform standards, or failure to honor the applicable program commitment.
Removal from the Priority Creator Program may result in the loss of future program perks and incentives that have not yet been earned.
Participation in the program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between the creator and TENSANO.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, participation in the Priority Creator Program does not restrict a creator from maintaining other business relationships or accepting opportunities outside TENSANO; however, TENSANO must remain the creator's primary booking platform for the duration of the commitment.
All program participation and incentive eligibility remain subject to TENSANO's verification and approval.

TENSANO Priority Creator Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the TENSANO Priority Creator Program (“Program”) offered by TENSANO (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference.

1. Program Eligibility

The Program is available only to creators selected or approved by TENSANO.
TENSANO may consider a creator's platform activity, service quality, availability, client experience, profile completeness, and other factors when determining eligibility.
Participation is not automatic and may be offered selectively.
TENSANO reserves the right to decline participation or discontinue a creator's participation where appropriate.

2. Three-Month Commitment

The Program is structured around a three-month participation period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
During the applicable period, participating creators agree to make TENSANO their primary booking platform.
Creators are expected to prioritize applicable booking opportunities through TENSANO when those bookings can reasonably be fulfilled through the platform.
The Program does not prohibit creators from maintaining other business relationships or accepting opportunities outside TENSANO, provided that TENSANO remains their primary booking platform during the commitment period.

3. Featured Placement

Priority Creators may receive featured placement across TENSANO's social channels, marketing materials, editorial content, or other promotional surfaces.
The timing, format, frequency, duration, and placement of promotional exposure are determined by TENSANO.
Featured placement is not guaranteed to result in a specific number of views, impressions, inquiries, leads, bookings, or revenue.
TENSANO may use creator-provided profile information, images, videos, and other approved promotional materials in connection with featured placement, subject to applicable permissions and agreements.

4. Booking Incentives

Priority Creators may receive an incentive for eligible completed bookings generated through TENSANO.
The applicable incentive structure may vary between creators and may be communicated individually by TENSANO.
TENSANO is not required to provide identical incentive amounts, structures, or limits to all participating creators.
Any applicable monthly limits, eligibility criteria, or other incentive conditions will be communicated directly to the creator.
Incentives are earned only on bookings that satisfy the applicable requirements.
A booking may be excluded from incentive eligibility if it is cancelled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, disputed, incomplete, or otherwise does not satisfy TENSANO's applicable requirements.
TENSANO reserves the right to verify bookings and incentive eligibility before issuing any applicable payment.

5. Platform Feedback & Early Input

Priority Creators may be invited to provide feedback on TENSANO's platform, features, policies, creator tools, booking experience, and other areas of development.
Feedback may be provided through conversations, surveys, interviews, testing, or other channels selected by TENSANO.
Participation in feedback opportunities is voluntary unless otherwise agreed.
Providing feedback does not guarantee that any suggestion, recommendation, or feature request will be implemented.
TENSANO retains full discretion over product development, prioritization, and implementation decisions.

6. Priority Support

Priority Creators receive access to priority, around-the-clock support during their participation in the Program.
Priority support is intended to provide elevated access to the TENSANO team for platform, booking, client, and account-related questions.
Priority support does not guarantee a specific response time, resolution time, or outcome.
TENSANO may determine the appropriate support channel and escalation process for individual issues.

7. Creator Responsibilities

Participating creators agree to:

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date TENSANO profile.
Keep service information, pricing, availability, and contact information accurate.
Provide professional, reliable service to TENSANO clients.
Communicate promptly and professionally with clients and the TENSANO team.
Honor confirmed TENSANO bookings and applicable commitments.
Comply with TENSANO's Terms of Use and other applicable platform policies.
Prioritize TENSANO as their primary booking platform during the applicable three-month commitment.

8. Program Changes and Termination

TENSANO may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
TENSANO may modify program perks, eligibility requirements, participation criteria, or other program details for future participants or future program periods.
TENSANO may remove a creator from the Program for fraud, abuse, misconduct, failure to meet program requirements, poor client experience, or other violations of TENSANO policies.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing, removal from the Program may result in the loss of future benefits that have not yet been earned.
Incentives properly earned before termination or removal will be handled in accordance with the applicable incentive terms.

9. No Guaranteed Results

Participation in the Program does not guarantee bookings, revenue, leads, impressions, followers, audience growth, or other business results.
Featured placement and promotional opportunities are intended to increase exposure but do not guarantee any particular outcome.
TENSANO makes no guarantee regarding the volume or value of bookings a creator may receive during or after participation.

10. Conduct and Fraud Prevention

Creators must act honestly and in good faith when participating in the Program.
Manipulation of bookings, false claims, fraudulent activity, or abuse of program benefits may result in immediate removal from the Program.
TENSANO reserves the right to verify booking activity, creator information, and eligibility at any time.
TENSANO may withhold or revoke incentives associated with bookings determined to involve fraud, abuse, manipulation, or other ineligible activity.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected or used in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with TENSANO's Privacy Policy.
Information may be used to administer the Program, communicate with participants, provide support, coordinate promotional opportunities, and manage eligible incentives.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TENSANO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program.
TENSANO does not guarantee the availability, performance, or results of any platform feature, promotional placement, booking opportunity, or support service.
TENSANO's maximum aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Program shall be limited to the amount of incentives actually earned by the participant under the Program, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Relationship Disclaimer

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, fiduciary, or joint venture relationship between the creator and TENSANO.
Creators remain independent service providers responsible for their own business operations, taxes, insurance, licensing, and legal obligations.
